	Building Leadership Resilience: The Art and Science of High Performance Under Pressure
	Jenny Howe, Facilitator and Executive Coach at the Niagara Institute, will describe how the Building Leadership Resilience program offers proven strategies and practices to make organizations more resilient. 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
	Building Bridges, Not Silos—How Greater Collaboration Makes for More Effective Change
	Jim Diotte, Vice-President Human Resources at Sask Power, will describe practical examples of how to improve performance and agility by breaking down the silos within organizations. 10:00 a.m. Tuesday.
