About Rae Mapey and Simply Declare
Rae Mapey from Campbell River, BC, is a bookkeeper by trade with a background in computers. She currently works for a compounding pharmacy on Vancouver Island, a job that she does remotely from Phoenix six months of the year. As a snowbird, and with a sister who is an avid traveller, she noticed there was no app on the market to track declarable duty free purchases or to help organize everything for customs.
