Air Lease Corporation and Air Berlin Sign a Sale and Lease-Back Agreement for

<p><span class="xn-location">LOS ANGELES</span>, <span class="xn-chron">Aug. 10</span> /CNW/ -- Air Lease Corporation and Air <span class="xn-location">Berlin</span> have signed sale and lease-back agreements for two used B737-800's.  The transaction was completed <span class="xn-chron">July 29, 2010</span>.</p>

<p>"We are delighted to announce these two additional aircraft on top of the used A320 and  two  new  aircraft already leased by ALC  to Air <span class="xn-location">Berlin</span>. <p>Ulf Huttmeyer, CFO of Air <span class="xn-location">Berlin</span> PLC, stated: "The new strategic partnership with Air Lease has already proven successful if we take into account that this is the second transaction Air <span class="xn-location">Berlin</span> closed with the Air Lease Corporation team in the month of July."</p>
