During the fourth quarter the Company announced three new growth initiatives to expand its market reach and product offerings: a new mobile bill payment platform and subsequently announced California based Pacific Gas & Electric as its first customer; expansion into the Canadian marketplace with real time bill payment services for Mobilicity Wireless customers; won an RFP with Florida Turnpike Enterprises to provide payment services for Florida Toll road drivers.

The Company continues to aggressively 1- seek new biller relationships, 2- Activate additional location endpoints to its processing network, and 3- Drive new revenue growth in other channels of distribution such as mobile and online to serve America's increasing demand for expedited payment products and financial services.

All figures are preliminary and subject to adjustment that will be confirmed when TIO reports its 2010 audited Annual Financial results.
