Plow & Harvest Opens in Edmonton August 16
EDMONTON, Aug. 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Plow & Harvest is already getting a warm reception from Edmonton and will be open to serve guests starting tomorrow.
The restaurant has been the talk of local bloggers and media personalities. A sneak peek event earlier this week surprised and delighted guests with the attention to detail, service and excellent food experience Plow & Harvest is bringing to the Edmonton food scene. The event featured scaled-back portions of the entire opening menu and samplings of the signature cocktail, craft beer and regional wine selection available at Plow & Harvest.
Over the past several weeks, buzz for the public opening has been building on social media and tomorrow the restaurant will be in full swing, with a grand opening at 11 AM serving lunch, dinner and in between.
The first restaurant of its kind, Plow & Harvest redefines the art of comfort food by combining a fresh-casual approach with a unique chef-crafted menu. Sourcing locally and making nearly everything in-house, Plow & Harvest provides upscale counter service supplemented by brand ambassadors providing additional table service within a licensed environment. Signature dishes such as the BBQ Bison Meatloaf Plate, the Mac-N-Cheese with Bacon Breadcrumbs, the Heritage Roast Turkey Club and others, including vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, are sure to keep people coming back for more.
