(the "Company") (TSXV: CNS) announces that, further to its press release dated <span class="xn-chron">October 13, 2010</span>, hearings have concluded in the High Court of <span class="xn-location">Delhi</span> respecting the purported termination of the Amguri Production Sharing Contract by the Government of <span class="xn-location">India</span>, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, and a judgment is now awaited from the High Court.  The Company will provide a further update when a decision is received from the Court.</p>
