Castor Asset Management Ltd. Appoints Harold (Hal) Kent as President & CEO

TORONTO , Feb. 9 /CNW/ - Castor Asset Management Ltd. (Castor) is pleased to announce the appointment of Harold (Hal) Kent as President & CEO. Commencing immediately Mr. Kent will oversee the expansion of the business with focus on product development, portfolio management capabilities, and international distribution.

Mr. Kent most recently served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Portfolio Manager with Donville Kent Asset Management of Toronto , Canada , a firm he co-founded in 2007. In 22 years of investment industry experience he has served in other executive and portfolio management roles at Canadian and offshore domiciled investment managers and investment dealers.
