What:	Starting on Thursday, February 9, Steel Space and Dempster's are teaming up for the Pop Up Bakery Tour. The Tour will begin in Toronto at the Yonge and Dundas Square and will continue to other locations in Ontario, Manitoba and British Columbia.
	Steel Space wants everyone to stop by and see an enticing display that is sure to get the taste buds grooving, especially since The Food Network's own Bob Blumer will be demonstrating some of his special recipes between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. For the rest of the day, Dempster's Pop Up Bakery will have a fully operational team preparing and serving up to 900 fresh bagels an hour.
	Want a sneak peak? The team will be setting up at Yonge and Dundas Square on February 8 as a teaser to the festivities the next day.
