Prestige Telecom enters into strategic sourcing relationship with SBA Canada

MONTREAL , Jan. 7 /CNW Telbec/ - Prestige Telecom Inc. ("Prestige" or the "Company") (TSX-V: PR) is pleased to announce the signing of a Master Services Agreement (MSA) with SBA Canada , ULC (SBA Canada ), a subsidiary of SBA Communications Corporation (SBA) (Nasdaq: SBAC).

Prestige Telecom is a recognized leader in the Canadian telecommunications industry, providing professional and technical services necessary for engineering, designing, building and commissioning wireless and wireline telecom networks.

SBA Canada is an independent wireless communications infrastructure company. With a portfolio of more than 400 owned and managed sites across the country, SBA Canada strives to deliver the very best in tower and antenna site services to wireless operators and broadcasters.

The MSA calls for Prestige to assist with SBA Canada's ongoing development of communications tower sites. Prestige will provide services on a non-exclusive basis for tower site design and deployment, including engineering and civil works, construction, technical and installation support, tower maintenance and project management.
