Media Advisory: World Cancer Day Symposium - Busting Cancer Myths
TORONTO, Jan. 30, 2013 /CNW/ - Media representatives and the public are invited to attend The Campaign to Control Cancer (C2CC) World Cancer Day event on Monday, February 04, 2013 at MaRS Centre. The free event will highlight new approaches to cancer control where speakers will address some of the confusion and misunderstanding about the disease, helping to debunk four of the most common cancer myths.
The event will also feature a showcase of exhibits from partners - students, government agencies, charities, corporate supporters and others - engaged in cancer control and care.
It will be the perfect time to take pictures and images and conduct interviews.
