OTTAWA, July 26, 2013 /CNW/ - Earlier this year, the Canadian Medical Association hosted a series of six public town halls across Canada focusing on the social factors that cause poor health. On July 30, the CMA will release Health care in Canada: What makes us sick?, a report on its National Dialogue on the social determinants of health.
