Top Chefs Prepare Feast for Second Harvest Supporters at the Royal Ontario Museum
TORONTO, June 11 /CNW/ - What is more satisfying than enjoying the best food and drink that the city has to offer? Knowing that every bite and sip helps to feed those who are hungry.
This Sunday, June 13th, Toronto's top chefs and vintners will come together for Toronto Taste to help make hunger history at the Royal Ontario Museum - a fundraiser for Second Harvest. This delicious evening of cuisine and libations will bring together over 60 chefs and restaurants, more than 25 beverage providers and 1,600 guests. Food lovers and the restaurant community will help pair cuisine and compassion in order to raise funds for Second Harvest, a charitable organization that picks up excess fresh food and delivers it to over 200 social service agencies in the GTA.
