Holdings Inc (PWH)

TORONTO, June 23 /CNW/ - Platoro West Holdings Inc. has announced a name change to Sliver Predator Corp and the consolidation of its common shares on the basis of one (1) new post-consolidation common share for each twelve (12) pre-consolidation common shares. Fractional shares remaining after giving effect to the consolidation will be cancelled, such that shareholdings of each shareholder will be rounded down to the nearest whole number of postconsolidation common shares. The consolidation will reduce the number of shares outstanding to approximately 4,207,250 common shares.

The record date for the consolidation is June 28, 2010. The post-consolidated common shares of Silver Predator Corp will begin trading on Thursday, June 24, 2010. Silver Predator will trade under the symbol "SPD".

Dealers should be aware that open orders on "PWH" will not be transferred to "SPD", and dealers are also reminded to re-enter their orders on "SPD" taking into account the share consolidation.
