Media Advisory - Joe Carter Classic: sport and entertainment celebrity interview opportunities
TORONTO, June 12, 2013 /CNW/ - Media are invited to join former Toronto Blue Jay Joe Carter on the 20th anniversary of his famous walk-off World Series home run as he hosts his fourth annual Joe Carter Classic celebrity golf tournament VIP night at the Rogers Centre as the Jays host the Colorado Rockies. Joe will be joined by sports and entertainment celebrities for a night of baseball and socializing on the eve of his golf tournament that, to date, has raised and pledged a combined $750,000 in support of the Children's Aid Foundation. Presenting sponsors for the tournament are TD Bank Group, recently named the Official Bank of the Toronto Blue Jays, BlackBerry and Canada Goose.

Media must pre-register by 5:00 p.m. ET on Friday, June 14, 2013 in order to be issued media credentials and gain access to the Rogers Centre.
