Who/What: | Renovation expert Nicole Curtis, host of DIY Network's and HGTV's Rehab Addict, the Kärcher Clean Team and a group of local volunteers participatingin a car wash to benefit the Canadian Junior Transplant Team, which is a team of children who have received a life-saving organ transplant and will represent Canada this summer by competing at the World Transplant Games in Durban, South Africa. |

Why: | The car wash on June 24 and a larger cleaning effort at Harbourfront Centre on June 27 are just two of several projects in Toronto and are a continuation of Kärcher's long-standing commitment to global beautification and is one of many highlights of the two-city "Kärcher Me" program in North America. Throughout the month of June, Kärcher, a global leader in cleaning technology, and its Kärcher Clean Team has embarked on cleaning sprees in Detroit and Toronto, cleaning a variety of local landmarks and structures over a two-week period in each city's downtown district and surrounding areas. |
