Caspian Postpones Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

CALGARY, June 21, 2013 /CNW/ - Caspian Energy Inc. ("Caspian") (TSX: CEK) is postponing its scheduled Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") as a result of the state of emergency declared within the City of Calgary and the Province of Alberta in response to the widespread infrastructure flooding, road closures and building evacuations. The Meeting was scheduled to be held June 21, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. at 330, 600 - 6^th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta. The Meeting has been rescheduled to 10:00 a.m. (Calgary time) on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at the same location.
