("Sonoro" or "the Company") (TSX-V: SNV) announces that as a result of the recent widespread flooding and evacuations in downtown Calgary, Sonoro intends to adjourn its Annual General and Special Meeting scheduled to be held in the Cardium Room at the Calgary Petroleum Club, 319 - 5^th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta on June 26, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Sonoro will reconvene its Annual General and Special Meeting on July 17, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Viking Room at the Calgary Petroleum Club, 319 - 5^th Avenue SW, Calgary, Alberta.
