$10,000,000 in Oakville/
LOTTO 6/49 Jackpot Rolls Over To An Estimated $35,000,000
TORONTO, March 14 /CNW/ - Ontario will soon have a new LOTTO MAX millionaire. There is an unclaimed winning ticket for $10,000,000 from Friday evening's LOTTO MAX draw. The winning ticket was bought in or around the Oakville, Ontario area. OLG suggests that lottery consumers in that region check their tickets.
"If you do have the winning numbers, you can call our Customer Support Centre at 1-800-387-0098 and they will assist you with the prize claim process," said Wendy Montgomery, Vice President of Lottery Marketing at OLG.
Ontarians who don't have a winning ticket for this draw, still have another chance to win big. The LOTTO 6/49 jackpot for $30 million was not won in Saturday evening's draw, which means the jackpot has rolled over to a larger amount. The next draw on Wednesday, March 17 will be for an estimated $35,000,000.
The largest LOTTO 6/49 jackpot was for $54,294,712 won on a single ticket in October 2005.
Consumers are reminded to sign their tickets at the time of purchase, to ensure the right person gets the right prize. Signature boxes are located on the front of all printed lottery tickets.
Group players should always identify each group member with a signature on group play forms to confirm their contribution. Helpful Group Play forms are available at www.OLG.ca.
