Winstar Resources Ltd. files year end statement of reserves data, audited
financials, and MD&A

CALGARY, March 25 /CNW/ - Winstar Resources Ltd. (TSX: WIX) (the "Corporation") announces that it has filed its Annual Information Form which includes the Corporation's reserves data and other oil and gas information for the year ended December 31, 2009 as mandated by National Instrument 51-101 "Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities" of the Canadian Securities Administrators. The Annual Information Form includes Form 51-101F1 "Statement of Reserves Data and Other Oil and Gas Information", Form 51-101F2 "Report of Reserve Data by Qualified Independent Reserve Evaluators", and Form 51-101F3 "Report of Management and Directors on Oil and Gas Disclosure".

The Corporation has also filed its audited financial statements and management discussion and analysis for the three and twelve month period ended December 31, 2009.
