Media Advisory - 'OSC In The Community' Participates in London's Scam Jam

LONDON, ON, March 25, 2013 /CNW/ - As part of its 'OSC in the Community' investor outreach program, the Ontario Securities Commission will be participating in this year's Better Business Bureau of Western Ontario's Scam Jam on March 27, 2013, a one-day anti-fraud and scam information event.

OSC speakers will discuss the latest investment frauds and scams, and provide information on how investors can protect their hard-earned money.  Speakers will answer questions from London investors about financial issues that matter to them.

Media are invited to interview OSC spokespeople, following the OSC's presentation at 1:15 p.m.
