BNK Petroleum Inc. announces Annual General Meeting results

CAMARILLO, CA, May 25 /CNW/ - BNK Petroleum Inc. (the "Company") (TSX: BKX) is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting today the number of directors of the Company was increased to six (6) and Wolf Regener, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer was elected to the Board together with incumbent directors Ford Nicholson (Chairman), Robert Cross, Victor Redekop, Eric Brown and Wesley Clark.
