Why:	Although globalization has brought many benefits to developing countries, human rights violations continue to occur. International laws and institutions have been created to cope with business and trade issues but where do victims and the accused turn for a fair judicial process? Mr. Binnie will discuss why the challenge of human rights has been largely ignored, and what can be done about it.
