NORTHCORE RAISES $440,000 THROUGH A LOAN TRANSACTION; SCHEDULES Q3 2010
FINANCIAL RESULTS

TORONTO, Nov. 3 /CNW/ - Northcore Technologies Inc. (TSX: NTI; OTCBB: NTLNF), a global provider of technology solutions for capital asset management, confirmed that it has closed a loan transaction securing net proceeds of $440,000.
The loan matures in six months from the closing date and is secured by a general security agreement and common shares pledged by shareholders of the Company.
Northcore also announced today that it has scheduled to release its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2010 on Wednesday, November 10, 2010 following the close of the markets. The Company will hold a conference call at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern) on Thursday, November 11, 2010 to discuss its financial results and review operational activities.
