Applications To Provide Carrier With Robust, Accurate Subscriber Analysis and Commission Payment Capability
TORONTO, Nov. 10 /CNW/ - Scorecard Systems Inc., the global leader in reporting and analysis solutions for telecommunications companies, today announced that it has deployed its Subscriber Analysis Application solution for WIND Mobile, and that it has been selected by the carrier to provide its Commission Manager application. The solutions provide the carrier with a robust, accurate and rich subscriber reporting and commission calculation solution. Scorecard's applications, which drive deeper, more accurate subscriber reporting and put analytical ability directly in the hands of end-users, have been deployed at dozens of carriers throughout North America and Europe and currently measure results for over 150 million subscribers.
Scorecard's Subscriber Analysis Application ensures "one version of the truth" across departments, provides precision around subscriber counts, churn and acquisition rates. The Commission Manager ensures accuracy around partner payments, increases flexibility in defining plans, and significantly decreases the time spent in generating commissions and dealing with dealer queries.
