MANTRA RESOURCES: RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

PERTH, WESTERN AUSTRALIA, Nov. 19 /CNW/ - Mantra Resources Limited ('the Company') (ASX: MRU, TSX: MRL) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company was held today, 19 November 2010, at 2.30pm (AWST).

The resolutions voted on were in accordance with the Notice of Annual General Meeting previously advised to the Australian Securities Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange.
