Black Friday typically signals the start of the Christmas shopping period in the U.S. and is characterized by very deep discounts, the level of which Canadians often see only after Christmas. On Thursday, November 25^th and Friday, November 26^th , as advertised in a special 4-page Black Friday supplement to its Sears Days flyer, Sears is bringing U.S. pricing like Black Friday to Canadians, and price-matching U.S. retail stores with hundreds of the most sought after gifts irresistibly priced, ending the incentive to shop in the U.S.
