OTTAWA, Nov. 2, 2012 /CNW/ - The Honourable James Moore, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, will speak at the unveiling of all three Victoria Cross Medals awarded during the First World War to residents of Winnipeg's Valour Road, and pay tribute to three Canadian heroes of World War I.
Following the ceremony, Minister Moore will be available for photo opportunities and interviews with members of the media.
