Best Buy Canada celebrates the grand opening of its new Vancouver store

Grand opening events include daily $1,000 gift card giveaways, an autograph signing with Vancouver favourite Trevor Linden, a chance to meet Iron Man ™ and much more!

BURNABY, BC, Nov. 14, 2012 /CNW/ - Best Buy, Canada's fastest growing retailer and e-tailer of consumer electronics, computers and entertainment products, is celebrating the grand opening of its new store in Vancouver beginning this Friday November 16 at 8133 Ontario Street and South West Marine Drive.

Customers can line up to win a $1,000 Best Buy gift card each morning and a Panasonic 3D LED HDTV package giveaway will be held on Sunday. Meet Trevor Linden and Iron Man™, listen to the incredible sound of the new lineup of Monster headphones in the Monster Listening stations and enjoy free limo-to-home service each day!

The new Vancouver location is the 14^th Best Buy store in B.C. and the 79^th store in Canada. It will also feature our new in-store pickup and web kiosk area where customers can easily and conveniently pick up products they've ordered online and purchase products on bestbuy.ca and have them shipped to the store or right to their homes.
