CALGARY, Nov. 15, 2012 /CNW/ - Benefit programs are considered essential incentives to attract, increase and retain the best employees. Yet, employer-sponsored benefits now cost more than $7,000 per full-time employee and have been growing by up to 10 per cent annually in recent years.
At the Benefits Summit West 2012 event, The Conference Board of Canada will present the findings of its survey among 360 medium and large-size Canadian organizations on employer-sponsored benefit programs. This event will also provide tips on how companies can contain the escalating costs of benefits while attracting and keeping top talent.
