H2O Innovation to release 2014 Q1 financial results and hold Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on November 12, 2013

QUEBEC CITY, Nov. 4, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - (TSXV: HEO) - H₂O Innovation Inc. ("H₂O Innovation" or the "Company") announces that it will release its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2014 on Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at approximately 8 a.m. (Eastern Time). H₂O Innovation also announces that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on the same day, being November 12, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. (Eastern Time) at its headquarters located at 330, rue St-Vallier Est, Suite 340, Quebec City (Quebec), G1K 9C5, Canada.

Philippe Gervais, Chairman of the Board, and Frédéric Dugré, President and Chief Executive Officer, are pleased to invite shareholders and all other interested parties to attend the meeting, during which they will review the results of fiscal 2013 and comment the results of the first quarter of fiscal 2014.
