Media Advisory - Disability Management and Benefits 2013: Driving Productivity with Effective Workplace Practices
CALGARY, Nov. 14, 2013 /CNW/ - The Conference Board of Canada will make public the findings of the report, Disability Management: Opportunities for Employer Action, at the Disability Management and Benefits 2013 conference in Calgary. Karla Thorpe, one of the study's authors, will reveal the results of this national survey for the first time in Western Canada. This publication, the third of a three-part series, provides advice and guidance for organizations to more effectively manage absenteeism.
Louis Thériault, the Conference Board's director of Health Economics, will also be presenting findings from the recent study, Reducing the Health Care and Societal Costs of Disease: The Role of Pharmaceuticals.
