OTTAWA, Nov. 15, 2013 /CNW/ - The Honourable Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence and Member of Parliament for Central Nova, on behalf of the Honourable Candice Bergen, Minister of State (Social Development), will make an announcement to help those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Nova Scotia.
