(‟Valero"), will highlight the importance of the Pipeline 9B Reversal Project for the future of the Jean-Gaulin Refinery in Lévis. This presentation will be made during special consultations and public hearings conducted by the Agriculture, Fisheries, Energy and Natural Resources Commission for the purposes of studying the project proposed by Enbridge.
