Ecosse Energy Retains Leading Investor Relations Firm

TORONTO , Oct. 6 /CNW/ - Yonge Street Capital Corp - trading as Ecosse Energy - (CNSX: ECS) ("Ecosse" or the "Corporation") announced today that it has retained The Equicom Group Inc. ("Equicom") to provide Ecosse with strategic investor relations and communications services. Equicom is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TMX Group Inc.

Equicom provides strategic communications services to approximately 100 public companies across a diverse range of industries. Under the terms of the agreement, Ecosse will pay Equicom an annual retainer fee of $72,000 for select strategic communications services. As Ecosse increases the scope of its operations, the company has the option to increase the retainer fee at any time to accommodate additional services. The initial contract term is 12 months and commences immediately.
