WestJet launches new service to Miami

Airline makes inaugural flight between Toronto and Miami today

CALGARY , Oct. 21 /CNW/ - WestJet today announced the launch of new, seasonal non-stop service between Toronto and Miami , Florida. The inaugural flight departed Toronto's Pearson International Airport at 11 a.m. ET today.

WestJet will fly between Toronto and Miami five times per week from now until December 17, 2009 , when the frequency will increase to daily service. As the service is seasonal, it will stop at the end of April 2010 .
