Erratum: The Company wishes to modify a previous announcement made by press release October 21, 2009 , whereby the purchase price per common share and consideration paid by the Directors for purchases of the Company's shares, at various dates, was erroneously indicated in pounds sterling "(pnds stlg)" but should have read "p" for pence.
