Amaya Signs Agreement For More Than 800 Mosino Units With Sirenis Hotels &
Resorts

Third consecutive agreement to bring total Mosino systems contracts over 2,000

MONTREAL, Oct. 7 /CNW Telbec/ - Amaya Gaming Group Inc. (TSX-V: AYA), a pioneer in the field of electronic devices and software for the gaming industry announced today the signing of an agreement for the deployment of its proprietary Mosino hospitality entertainment system with Sirenis Hotels & Resorts ("Sirenis"), at the Sirenis Resort Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.

Under the terms of the 5 year participation lease agreement with Sirenis, Amaya expects to install in excess of 800 Mosino units by the end of the first quarter of 2011 in exchange for a participation fee comprised of a fixed and substantial percentage of the revenues generated. Amongst the various revenue streams anticipated are, casino games, pay-per-view movies, internet access and advertising.
