World Vision Canada makes Canada's Top 100 Employers List
The Only NGO in Canada to be selected
TORONTO, Oct. 15 /CNW/ - World Vision celebrates its selection as one of the best employers in the country. This year we are the only non-governmental organization to join the ranks of many other well-known companies as an outstanding place to work.
As Canada's largest relief, development and advocacy organization supported by more than 600,000 Canadians, this is a reflection of our commitment to excellence. Effectiveness and efficiency is a top priority and we understand this is dependent on the general health and satisfaction of our employees. World Vision's core values include one centered on the importance of our people.
Also, as a child-focused organization, it is important for us to reflect our value and commitment for families here in Canada as much as we do for those in the field. By creating a positive work atmosphere that encourages better performance and skills development we can unite together to improve the well-being of children involved in and touched by our programs.
