AQIII launches eBook: Business startup guide for ICT freelancers

MONTREAL, Oct. 23, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The Quebec Association of IT freelancers (AQIII) is launching a free guide to facilitate the creation of small consulting companies in ICT. This eBook is based on the experience of its 1,600 members and their partners. Aimed at freelancers who want to quickly launch their business, it provides them with insight to easily build their businesses so they may quickly access new mandates, which are readily available on the market.
