Media advisory - Sailors Partner with the Community for a Cleaner Environment

Event: Announcement of the activity and introduction of the main partners. When: 11 a.m., Thursday, September 17, 2009. Where: Wilfrid-Hamel Blvd (easterly direction), about 300 m past St-Sacrement Ave. Who: Representatives of the City of Quebec, of the Société de la rivière Saint-Charles, of the Aquarium de Québec and of Canadian Forces Fleet School (Québec) will be on hand for interviews.
The sailors of Naval Reserve Headquarters and Canadian Forces Fleet School (Québec) are proud to be partners in this national conservation initiative, the TD Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup, whose goal is to positively impact our environment through the removal of harmful waste from our beaches and shores.
