Craig Warnock,
Chief Financial Officer

CALGARY, Sept. 3 /CNW/ - Craig Warnock joins Globex after working most recently as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for the City of Edmonton. Mr. Warnock has extensive expertise in the financial services industry, having spent 24 years from 1984 to 2008 at ATB Financial, in a number of progressively accountable roles, which included acting as an Executive Vice President and Treasurer.

In addition to his business interests, he has made the following contributions in the community: Board of Directors - Stollery Children's Health Foundation, Board of Trustees - Children's Health Foundation of Northern Alberta, and is a Founding Member of the Alberta Career Education Network.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and is a Chartered Management Accountant.
