The event will be held at <span class="xn-chron">10 a.m.</span> on <span class="xn-chron">Thursday, September 9, 2010</span> simultaneously in Montréal, at Entrepôts Dominion, 3968 Saint-Ambroise St., and in Québec City, at the Québec City Convention Centre, 1000 René-Lévesque Blvd. E.</p>

<p>In Montréal, parking will be available for guests at 4000 Saint-Ambroise St., next to the site of the press conference. To avoid being delayed by a train, it is advisable to take Notre-Dame St. west, turn on St-Philippe St. and turn left on Saint-Ambroise St.</p>
