Amaya Signs Agreement For More Than 1,000 Mosino Units With Leading Dominican
Hotel And Resort Operator

MONTREAL, Sept. 14 /CNW Telbec/ - Amaya Gaming Group Inc. (TSX-V: AYA), a pioneer in the field of electronic devices and software for the gaming industry announced today the signing of an agreement for the deployment of its proprietary Mosino hospitality entertainment system with AMHSA Marina Hotels & Resorts ("AMHSA"), one of the leading hotel and resort operators in the Dominican Republic.

Under the terms of the 5 year participation lease agreement with AMHSA, Amaya expects to install more than 1,000 Mosino units by the end of 2010 in exchange for a fixed and substantial percentage of the revenues generated. The various revenue streams expected will include casino games, pay-per-view movies, internet access and advertising, amongst others.
