Media Event and Photo Opportunity - Community engagement session in Goderich focusing on health care partnerships in Huron and Perth counties

LONDON, ON, Sept. 19, 2012 /CNW/ - The South West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) is bringing together local health care providers to update residents on how area community health care organizations are working together to improve care in Huron and Perth counties.

The evening will include:

• An update from John Robertson of the CMHA Huron Perth on the Mental Health and Addictions Partnership in Huron and Perth counties
• Cathy Ritsema from the Alzheimer Society of Huron County will speak to the partnership between the Alzheimer Society and Family Health Teams
• Anne Rollings of One Care and Debbie Deichert from the Alzheimer Society of Perth County on the Behavioural Supports Overnight Respite Program

This event is open to the public.
