This certification, in addition to the new 5-year collective agreement, reinforces the stability of the organization and thereby contributes to its business growth in the coming years. Davie is not only the largest shipyard in Canada, but also a trusted partner whose professionalism satisfies one of the highest global standards.
Issued by the International Standards Organization, the new version of the ISO 9001 certification recognizes, among others, the company's customer orientation. In addition, this standard also recognizes Chantier Davie's ability to provide quality products as well as its desire to implement continuous improvement processes.
It is important to note that Davie got this new certification after full and comprehensive audit. This is a testament to dedicated men and women at Chantier Davie who are ready for any challenge.
Employing nearly 1 000 people, Chantier Davie has the largest production and innovation capacity among all the Canadian shipbuilding industry sites and is an expert in large projects.
