TORONTO, May 18, 2017 /CNW/ - Much announced today that Canadian artists A Tribe Called Red, Grimes, and Shawn Mendes top the list with an impressive four nominations each for THE 2017IHEARTRADIO MUCH MUSIC VIDEO AWARDS. Close behind with three nominations each are Alessia Cara, Drake, Ed Sheeran, Lorde, PUP, The Weeknd, and Zeds Dead. It's all part of one of the hottest street parties on the planet THE 2017 IHEARTRADIO MMVAS, airing live on Sunday, June 18 at 9 p.m. ET in simulcast on Much, CTV, Much.com, and VRAK.

Performers Arkells and Niall Horan each nabbed two MMVA nominations, while DNCE, Iggy Azalea, Imagine Dragons, Jazz Cartier, and Post Malone garnered one nomination each. Fans can register online for a chance to secure wristbands for the THE 2017 IHEARTRADIO MMVAS live show in Toronto at Much.com beginning Tuesday, May 30 at 4 p.m. ET. Lucky fans that get wristbands are invited down to THE IHEARTRADIO MMVAs Fruit by the Foot™ popup shop at 299 Queen St. W. in Toronto on Thursday, June 8, to pick up their wristbands, and get the chance to win exclusive VIP experiences at this year's MMVAs.
