The Avant-Garde Group joins Gardium Sécurité
MONTREAL, Feb. 27, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Gardium Sécurité Inc. (Gardium) is proud to announce that it has acquired the Avant-Garde Group, a consortium that includes six companies that provide security solutions. This acquisition, which took effect February 1st, adds five hundred employees to Gardium's workforce and consolidates its position as a leader in the security industry in Quebec.
Thanks to this acquisition, Gardium will benefit from the skills of more than 1,500 employees that draw from a full range of expertise in management and security solutions implementation.

I'm also pleased to announce that Pierre D'Anjou has joined Gardium's senior management team as Vice President, Technology, thus filling out the current team made up of Denis Beaudin, Vice President, Surveillance and Protection Services, and Pierre Lapointe, Vice President, Labour disputes and Investigations. For his part, Jocelyn Lavoie will act as Vice President, Sales, for the Sectek subsidiary," said Dany Laflamme, President of Gardium.

Avant-Garde Security Inc., Consultants Lupien Rouleau Inc., Consultants SPI Inc., Sécurité Professionnelle du Québec Inc., Avant-Garde HR and Sectek Inc. will pursue their activities under their respective banners and continue to provide stellar service to their customers.
