Leading BC real estate organization receives best in Canada accolades for design, architectural quality and innovation

Adera takes home awards from the CHBA and GVHBA Award season

VANCOUVER, May 23, 2017 /CNW/ - Adera, one of BC's leading multi-disciplinary real estate organizations, is pleased to announce its recent best in Canada accolades from the Canadian Home Builder's Association (CHBA) 2017 National Awards for Housing Excellence, as well as the Greater Vancouver Home Builders' Association (GVHBA) 2017 Ovation Awards.

Adera received the Design Excellence Award, as well as two individual New Home Awards for The Shore in the Attached–Mid-To-High-Rise Condominium or Apartment Project category and the Apartment Style/Condominium Units under 1,000 SF category. The Design Excellence Award recognizes the outstanding performance by a single builder/developer in the new home categories. This is the third time Adera has taken home the most prestigious prize at the National Awards.

Adera's commitment to sustainability and excellence in architectural quality, including the interior and exterior design of a new community, are what lead to this year's award success.

Adera has recently won awards at the 2017 GVHBA Ovation Awards, which recognizes the work of some of the best new-home, renovation, and design member companies in Metro Vancouver. The Ovation Awards were established to recognize influential and trend-setting companies.

Adera's Prodigy project won for Best Multi-Family Lowrise Development and Sail was awarded for Excellence in Innovation and Sustainability in New Residential Construction. Adera was also awarded Grand Ovation Award: Multi-Family Home builder of the Year for the second consecutive year.
