Veteran aviation specialist recognized for outstanding performance and leadership
MONTREAL, June 22, 2017 /CNW/ -- Arup, the global design and consulting firm for the built environment, announces that Martin Landry, OAQ, PMP, LEED AP has been named Principal in the Americas Region.
"Martin's client-focused approach and his history of developing innovative solutions to complex projects are true assets for Arup's growing Montreal office," said Andy Howard, Chairman of the Americas Region.
Landry has been responsible for Arup's Montreal office since 2013, managing client relationships and market development in Québec and throughout the Canadian East Coast. Applying his 24 years of expertise in the aviation sector, he also provides planning leadership and on-site project management for a wide range of strategic aviation planning studies at some of the busiest airports around the world.
Martin leads Arup's global airport planning team and specializes in airport masterplans, passenger terminal buildings, support facilities, and project leadership. As the Aviation Skills leader for the Americas, he has worked on projects in Europe, Asia, Australasia, the Middle East, and the Americas.
