9:35 a.m.	The Prime Minister will make an announcement at the Ford Essex Engine Plant with the Premier of Ontario, Kathleen Wynne. They will be joined by the Federal Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, Navdeep Bains, and the Provincial Minister of Economic Development and Growth, Brad Duguid.
